Open-source means the source code is public; anyone can inspect what the software does when it runs. That makes it easier to trust on privacy and security grounds.

Both run the same architecture. On Ayam Secure Cloud, you share infrastructure with other customers and we are 100% responsible for providing and managing the software. With Concierge Cloud, you own the server and its DNS after we set it up for you; we then provide on-going maintenance and upgrades under your watch. Concierge is for customers who want maximum control.

A fair question. In an ideal world you wouldn’t have to trust anyone with your data but you’d have to be offline. To use the internet, you trust service providers.
